The Master Management Enterprise license empowers your organization to manage multiple portals, either in one location or many. The Master license allows you to locally develop your own modules in addition to Oxcyon, while still enjoying the weekly update we provide all of our clients. This license would be best suited for an organization who has multiple portal projects to manage.
The MMC empowers you to create, maintain, deploy and delete portals and sites for your client initiatives. The MMC is called the Master as it represents the server parent of the children and grandchildren portals. The Master License allows you to create new portals, determine which tools they have, and conduct many routines like data transfer, data warehousing and even live deployment of a site within your web server.
The MMC consists of a Development Portal, Quality Control Portal, and any number of Client or Project Portals. Each project portal is unrestricted to how many audience (sub portals) they have. There are synchronization tools at each level within the Master, enabling tools to be distributed to Quality Control for testing, and then to all constiuent portals when approved.
