We see Design as the filter your content passes through. These filters could be different by site, by department, by section of your site, and even by the user who is asking for the information. Intentionally separating design from content allows us to build a project which can be easily re-designed the next time around, without hindering the information inside.
Centralpoint can support any design, no matter how radical. Whether you have flash elements, CSS, or all kinds of effects, Centralpoint doesn't mind. Oxcyon believes that form follows function, and function shouldn't follow form. In other words, you should be considering the user interface of navigating your content, from your client's perspective....BEFORE taking advise from a designer as to how it should look. Usability can often be threatened by designers who do not understand what a user is looking for in the first place.
Our production management team will work with screenshots to implement your design, but will be making valuable recommendations along the way, of best practices, and keeping the business of your site ahead of the bells and whistles.

Design can be the most subjective part of our deliverable. In other words, it is helpful for you to contract any designer you like to establish the look and feel of your new or migrated initiative to accelerate deployment. Our design services team can work with you to 'get the look', but without a starting point....it can take some time...as beauty is definitely in the eye of the beholder.
Typically we work with the clients design. Since design can be the most subject element of a project when it comes to a new site (new design). We like to get that 'approved' screenshot first. One that has been properly analyzed and approved by all members of the team. This prevents lag and inefficient process trying to figure it out along the way. As we design a portal for you or with you...you can still change it whenever you want...but like to keep the deliverable 'in the box'. After it launches you can do whatever you want with it.
Oxcyon utilizes a network of designers (both in house and subcontracted) which provide a vastly divergent array of styles and techniques for our site designs and stylesheets. Most of the time we simply work with the client's design...which is our preference. Sometimes we will even have clients assemble a design based on elements they like from other sites...or simply purchase templates ready made on the web.
Whether your organization is looking to expand or reinvent your online presence for customers or partners, or to build an enterprise portal or intranet to improve internal communications and operational efficiency, Oxcyon can help. We are one of the world's leading experts in helping clients envision and deploy web capabilities that generate measurable business value and delight the people who use them.

Centralpoint© separates content from design 100%. Design elements are considered content management elements, to maximize re-use over the content to meet any design need(s). Centralpoint© empowers our clients to control content attribute-by-attribute within a modular architecture that gives them complete control over the presentation layer(s).
This approach allows design presentation templates to be managed intelligently as dynamic (unlimited) 'layers.' The taxonomy management allows only the appropriate content to be served to only the right audience or member.
This approach allows design to remain dynamic and evolutionary, as we understand the demanding design requirements of the industry. With this approach, design elements can be altered at any time, without hindering the rules of the site, or its content management. In this way, multiple designs can be supported to meet seasonal, territorial, or simply "changing" perspectives.
