This delivery methodology allows Oxcyon to respond quickly to a fast changing market, keeping up with standards and new trends in our industry. Our clients subscribe to this Software as a Service, and depend on these new releases to give them a competitive edge.

Oxcyon is the only ECM vendor utilizing virtualization to provide a weekly stream of enhancements directly via the web. We call this Lifecycle management and enables you to keep up with the market. Technology is moving fast, and doesn't stop for anyone. It is imperative that you get the tools you need 'before' you need them...not after. The traditional approach of vendors updating their technology once a year suggests an annual major overhaul that companies simply cannot afford to do. Not only is it risky to swap out last years version with the latest....it is hard to learn all of the new tools once per year. With Oxcyon, each week you are notified of new features, functions and modules that we distribute embracing them when and if you are ready. Since our research and development comes directly from client issues we are able to release product that we know is in demand...not something we dreamed up on our own. This is what we call Voice of Customer...and is pattern of what market demands we see based on client requests...which are homogonized and re-distributed as an update....sent each week.
