This module supports all ad sizes, and third party technologies (such as Doubleclick, Adjuggler, etc.) This module allows for advertisements to be managed per site, per site section or specific to keywords searched within the portal for targeted advertising. This module can utilize traffic reporting of the Ad Banner Manager module, but may also use third party traffic reporting and related scripts.

Too many clients wanted the little homepage feature article player that you see on AOL, MSN and other major portals....that we had to develop it. This module was developed to allow clients to leverage XML feeds from centralpoint into slideshows on their site. This module was developed to allow anonymous log in for members to a portal. This log in allows dealers, distributors or external members of a site (extranet) to gain restricted access to specific areas of your site. Each member can be welcomed to their specific area of the site (whether it be region specific or product line specific). Different options per member can also be controlled, giving more access to owners, and limited access to service technicians, for an example.

This module was developed to all content within any module to be moved from current status to archived status and vice versa in which to limit or extend what users are able to find on your site. This feature is often used by publishers offering paid content (whereas paid members can see archives, and public users can even see current content). This tool is extremely helpful for others, who occasionally want to houseclean content within the site, to control which content is more relevant based on time period.(Example: If records within any module become so old, that they do not offer any relevance, you can simply archive this range of records)

This module was developed for anyone who publishes magazines, or newsletters. Easily manage articles, and their relationship with their Issues (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual publications.) Taxonomy allows the articles to be grouped by their specific type, within each issue (featured, cover story, etc.)

This module was developed to enable 'multiple' administrators to contribute content to a portal or individual sites within a portal. This module allows individual content managers to be assigned to specific areas of the site, including limitation of specific content types. These administrators (able to access the portal from anywhere in the world) can either post freely to the site, or may be subject to editorial review. Editorial review entails the email notification of content posted to their assigned editor, where it is review, and approved for 'release' to the site. Each module within Centralpoint offers a 'Posting Status' value, which allows for either 'Release or Hold' status to be placed on a document. This is because of the need for multiple administrators and the editorial review which controls these values

This module was developed to distribute controls beyond the Main Site administrator to create second tier sites beneath allowing segmentation of content site-wide by 'Audience'. An Audience often represents a microsite, living under the main brand. This may mean regional hospital site, if a health network, department site if a single hospital, or could group individual magazine titles, if a publisher. Basically Audiences allow you to properly segment and distribute information to your individual Audiences (as they differ). Each can have their own adminstrators, URL, and design schema...allowing you to manage many individual projects from one central point.

This module was created to prevent human error in failure to schedule or validate database backups of your portal or site. This scheduling tool empowers you to determine the frequency of the backup, of the portal, sites, database, AND media files. Often database backups alone will forget ancillary media files and attachments. This utility backs up and zips the entire site for quick retrieval and recovery

This module 'suite' was developed in response to publisher's demand for Blog tools, to allow certain users to post and manage 'Blogs' within and outside of the site. This evolution from 'discussion board', gives bloggers the ability to manage profile pages, including content management and rating capabilities, including the management of postings, search and even avatars relative to their profile. This blog suite allows for site administrators to empower their members and users with blogging right, either 'inside' (integrated within Centralpoint) or 'outside' (completely stand alone from your existing website), based on the rules governing your web initiatives.

This module was developed in response to user demands to provide a horizontal image navigation at the bottom of the site.

This module responds to the need for site visitors, when reaching the bottom of the page (during the read of an article or news story) to have basic site navigation available to them to get to different areas of the site, without having to scroll to the top of the page.

This module was developed to allow integration with Centralpoint's email broadcasting tools and bounceback reporting. This tool allows you to define the username and password to access the email address (on your server) in order to automatically check for bad emails (bounced) and change values to those recipients. This tool allows integration with bad mail folders on your server in the case of valid email addresses that you use to 'send' emails. If alias emails are used, this function is also performed but validation is not required.

This module was designed to allow data mining of user activity and site traffic for valuable business intelligence. This information covers everything from collaborative filtering, to lead generation to compliance monitoring. See and extract detailed information on who read what articles when. The same type of search can be done by 'member' showing you a list of all records read by record, able to be exported and offered as 'compliance' to human resources or legal. Lead Generation allows a versatile search tool (available only within the Client Console) to report on 'who' is reading 'what' 'when', to allow you to better identify the demographics of your online clientele.

This module was developed to capture all buyer/seller activity within your Buyers Guide to a module, allowing you to view, report and export to sell as leads to potential advertisers (sellers), or better understand your buyer activity. If you happen to sell listings in a buyers guide directory within your site, this module empowers you to add value to this relationship, by proving the leads that you have brought to that company over the period of their listing with you.

This module was developed for publishers utilizing Buyers Guides, who need to manage a variety of listing options within their directory. These listings can offer different advertising packages to different advertisers....automating the process of buying and posting their company information to the directory.

We developed this module to give publishers a self service tool for companies to add their listings to the site directory. Intended Use: This module was developed in response to the client demand of needing to move their content from accessible to non accessible based on a fee vs. free access. This module was developed in response to many clients who wanted visitors to the site to fill out their demographic information in exchange for accessing or downloading information. This module is particularly helpful when it comes to the downloading of media kits, entering contests, or any interaction whereas a user needs to fill out information first, in order to receive information from the site.

Ideally, all pages within a site should belong in a container or module to make them easier to search. This module was developed to allow for the acceptance of online donations. This module allows for donations to be taken, relative to particular 'calls to action' or 'funds' giving the users the ability to 'pledge' how much they would like to donate, and at what frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually). This module was created to allow single sign in for your users 'across' multiple portals in Centralpoint. Due to the enterprise architecture of Centralpoint often multiple portals are created in order to deliver unique solutions or portals by specific audience type. This module allows you to instruct whether users are to sign in 'at' that specific portal (assuming their information is stored locally)...or whether the user should sign in 'from' another portal where the user information is not stored locally. HealtheContent gives you a full interactive healthcare content site, that you can private label, add your cwn local content&nbsp;making it specific to your brand and message.

Podcasting was developed in response to site visitor demands to access audio and video within the iPod format from our clients. Centralpoint supports the Podcast 'format' so that audios and video files may be downloaded by visitors, and used within their iPod appliances and software.

This module was developed to allow site maps to be generated, including friendly URLs to increase the ranking of your websites with major portals.

This tool was designed to handshake with incoming feeds from PR Newswire. As more and more publishers syndicate content for their site, this tool lets you schedule the pick up, import and even archival deletion of news stories from PR Newswire....keeping your site up to date with relevant (search-able) content. Unlike simple RSS Feeds, this content lives on your site, and can be searched and related to other content in your site.

There are three modules which allow for these controls: 1.) Admin/Site Modules, 2.) Admin/Premium Content, and 3.) Advertisers/Gateways. Depending on the type of abstract methodology you elect to use, will determine which of these modules you will use.
 
First, the Admin/Premium Content module empowers you to establish how abstract is managed. This modules give you the control over how many characters are to display, what the icon is (if any) to let public visitors know which records are private or not, and the message to be served (beneath) the abstracted or shortened version of that record.

This module was developed for publishers to allow them to manage reader service requests online. Reader service allows readers to sort for companies who have advertised in the publication, and request information from any or all, with one singular submission.

Intended Use: Allows for a re-direct library to be maintained to preserve page names and URLs with your new Centralpoint pages. Too often, client have asked to be able to preserve old page names that their users may have bookmarked, or kept being able to point them directly to the new page within Centralpoint.

In other words: Point users trying to get to your old page locations, to your new Centralpoint pages.

The module allows friendly re-direct links to be created for any page on your site. This lets you rename your pages with longer query strings to read any way that you want them to...creating links which may be easier to print or convey to your clients.

This is not an actual module, but rather a webpage which lives within the Client Console. This webpage provides a common set of links used to manage particular touchpoints within the portal. Links to commonly accessed tools like: Search, Advanced Search, Member Login, Member Profile, Register are functions within Centralpoint in which you would need links in order to reference them. This page is updated periodically by Oxcyon, and re-distributed in the synch and is encouraged you revisit this page now and then to see of any new links which may be available. Reference URLs also acts as a basic site map for those portals in charge of many Audience Types and Sites, dynamically providing you with a hierarchical list of links of all of your sites, as your portal expands. This page give you the URLs or links that you will commonly be referring to and acts as a helpful area to find what you need as a site administrator.

This module was developed to enable 'multiple' administrators to contribute content to a portal or individual sites within a portal. This module allows individual content managers to be assigned to specific areas of the site, including limitation of specific content types. These administrators (able to access the portal from anywhere in the world) can either post freely to the site, or may be subject to editorial review. Editorial review entails the email notification of content posted to their assigned editor, where it is review, and approved for 'release' to the site.

Each module within Centralpoint offers a 'Posting Status' value, which allows for either 'Release or Hold' status to be placed on a document. This is because of the need for multiple administrators and the editorial review which controls these values.
