This authentication is important to hyper personalize their digital experience online.This integration occurs during the user's log in, to match their profile (or metadata) to the various roles and audiences within your organization. In this way, we can redirect some users to one channel, and other users to a different channel; wherein each user can search and access only those records which match their role(s).
