How does Centralpoint accessibility remediation compare to overlay widgets?

Overlays inject JavaScript at run time and fix nothing in the underlying document. Centralpoint remediates the source documents themselves, producing artifacts that are accessible without the overlay, are downloadable accessible, and that survive being copied off the website. DOJ has explicitly rejected overlay-based remediation.
