[cp:privateLabeling default='Centralpoint' key='ProductTitle' /] stores all dates and times using the English (United States) culture.  Many UI elements of the site will utilize the selected culture when they are displayed.

The culture used on the front end of the web site can be set in Admin > Properties > Globalization or Site Architecture > Audiences > Globalization.  Audience overrides will take precedence over site overrides.
