This authentication is crucial for hyper-personalizing their digital experience online. During the user's login, Centralpoint can glean specific fields to maximize personalization by matching their profile (or metadata) to the various roles and audiences within your organization. This allows us to redirect users to specific channels based on their roles, enabling each user to search and access only those records that match their role(s). Additionally, all users who authenticate are tracked, with their activities recorded to provide full reporting on user activity, including their search histories. Centralpoint can even offer live gamification reporting, awarding badges to users based on their online activities.
