The Health Monitoring tools support scheduled email reporting on the performance of your Centralpoint project, covering all aspects of your scheduled tasks. The interface displays live charts indicating performance peaks, spikes, and early detection of any processes placing unusually high demands on your environment.
These tools are typically scheduled to run at predefined intervals during your peak or optimal performance periods, automatically collecting valuable user activity data to study their patterns.
Alerts can be customized by the server administrator to send emails and texts whenever the server reaches specified thresholds or if any long-running routines occur. Additionally, Centralpoint Health Monitor can track incoming IP activity, keeping both Oxcyon and our clients informed of opportunities to improve the solution. For clients without access to their own Centralpoint Server, these reports keep Oxcyon, as your managed services provider, updated and can also be made available to your site or portal administrator.;
