Centralpoint Health Monitor
Centralpoint Health Monitor is set of tools available at the Centralpoint (Master) Server. These tools give insight into the performance of any individual or group of sites (or portals) within your environment if on premise. These tools also allow Oxcyon to monitor the performance of your site, should we provide managed hosting for you. Centralpoint Health Monitor tracks available disk space, memory, problematic requests, load time spikes (per page or site), bad links, and more.
The Health Monitoring tools allow for scheduled email reporting as to the performance of your Centralpoint project, including all aspects of your scheduled tasks. This interface allows you to see live charts indicating performance peaks, spikes, and early detection of any process which may be placing an unusually high demand on your environment. Typically these tools are scheduled to run at predefined intervals of your peak or optimal performance periods, collecting valuable user activity data, in which to study their patterns automatically. It can also monitor incoming IP activity, and keep both Oxcyon and our client abreast of opportunities to improve upon the solution overall. For clients who do not have access to their own Centralpoint Server (where Oxcyon may be hosting the solution for the client), these reports update Oxcyon (as your managed services provider) and can also be made available to your site or portal administrator.

Centralpoint offers the most robust module gallery out of the box, including integration with Active Directory, SAML, and supports Multichannel websites, Data Transfer, Data Mining, Automated Retention Policy Management, and Dynamic Document Assembly. Centralpoint is updated bi-weekly, via a pull update whether on premise or installed in the cloud guaranteeing all users stay up to date with the best digital tools available in the market.
