This tool, found under both Import Utilities and Tools (within the client console) is a powerful way to convert your data into multi tiered taxonomy, which will ready your records for import. It was designed to assist Oxcyon staff (initially) when receiving large sets of client data, which needed to have a taxonomy built 'around it'. In this video you will see examples of why it is important, and how to use it to make your information (records, documents, products, anything), become almost instantly, search able records, organized by taxonomy....online.
