Centralpoint DXP 8.11.107 Advances Natural Language Search Capabilities

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Bath, OH — June 2025 — Oxcyon, Inc. today announced the release of Centralpoint Digital Experience Platform version 8.11.107. Now serving 311 enterprise clients and in its 25th year of operation since its founding on September 1, 2000, Oxcyon continues to deliver regular platform updates across its growing base of enterprise licensees.

Version 8.11.107 delivered the following enhancements to the Centralpoint Digital Experience Platform:

Feature Summary
Expire Users Password Error Message In the Website Module Property, when Website Password Expiration is enabled and User Was Expired By Scheduled Task is enabled, you can set the Error Message for those users. In the Scheduled Task, we have a new Action Attribute that controls what the task does: Expire User Account – This option sets the account to expire, preventing future access after a specified date. Lock User Account (Default) – This immediately locks the account, blocking all access until it is manually unlocked.
Centralpoint Contextual Search Engine - Phase 6 Enhancement The sixth phase of the Centralpoint Contextual Search Engine introduces intelligent query suggestions within the NLS Autocomplete functionality. This enhancement provides users with trending and popular search recommendations by enabling the "Trending Searches" option in the Script Generator configuration. The query suggestions feature leverages historical search data and analytics to surface relevant search terms, improving user discovery and reducing the effort required to find content while maintaining the contextual relevance and performance characteristics established in previous phases. Additionally, Click Through Scoring has been added to the NLS Configuration module and is enabled by default, allowing the search algorithm to boost content based on user engagement patterns and click-through rates for more accurate relevance rankings.

About Oxcyon and Centralpoint

Oxcyon is a technology company specializing in enterprise knowledge platforms, best known for its flagship solution, Centralpoint. Centralpoint is designed to unify structured and unstructured information across organizations, enabling enterprises to aggregate data from disparate systems, normalize it through rich metadata, and transform it into actionable knowledge. By treating information as interconnected knowledge rather than isolated documents or databases, Centralpoint allows organizations to build a true enterprise knowledge layer — one that supports governance, compliance, operational intelligence, and advanced analytics. Its metadata-first architecture enables organizations to ingest, classify, and relate data from sources such as documents, forms, databases, applications, and external systems, creating a centralized environment for discovery, reporting, and operational decision-making.

What differentiates Centralpoint is its ability to go beyond traditional data management into data mining, inferencing, and AI-driven knowledge operations. Through taxonomy systems, relationship modeling, and rule-based data governance, the platform can identify patterns, infer relationships between records, and automate workflow decisions based on contextual intelligence. This capability allows organizations to move from passive data storage to active knowledge processing — surfacing insights, triggering workflows, and powering intelligent automation. With its integrated support for enterprise search, metadata-driven analytics, workflow orchestration, and AI-ready data structures, Centralpoint positions Oxcyon as a leader in modern data aggregation and knowledge intelligence platforms, helping organizations transform complex information ecosystems into governed, searchable, and intelligent operational systems.
